The AMPTO PZA-6US is a high-performance electric pizza bake oven designed for efficiency and versatility. Featuring a spacious deck measuring 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 5-1/2"H, it accommodates up to six 14" pizzas or two 18" pizzas, as well as two 16" x 22" sheet pans. With a maximum operating temperature of 840°F and dual temperature technology, this oven ensures optimal cooking conditions for perfect pizzas every time. The electronic control system allows for precise temperature adjustments, while the stainless steel bottom-hinged door provides easy access. The halogen lighting illuminates the baking area, and the refractory brick baking surface promotes even heat distribution for superior results. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, the oven is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. An open frame stand is included for convenient placement.
