The AMPTO S100E3 is a high-performance electric pizza bake oven designed for professional kitchens. This deck-type oven features three spacious decks, each measuring 37-1/2"W x 29"D x 6-1/4"H, accommodating up to four 14" pizzas, two 18" pizzas, or two 26"x18" trays per deck. With a maximum operating temperature of 842°F, the S100E3 allows for quick cooking times and customizable results, offering 100 programmable settings per deck to suit various recipes and preferences.
