The AMPTO S120E3 is a high-performance electric pizza bake oven designed for professional kitchens. This deck-type oven features spacious decks measuring 48-3/4" x 28-3/4" x 6-1/4"H, accommodating up to six 14" pizzas, three 18" pizzas, or three 26" x 18" trays per deck. The refractory brick baking surface ensures even heat distribution for perfectly baked pizzas every time. With a maximum operating temperature of 842°F, the AMPTO S120E3 allows for rapid cooking, while the timer function helps maintain precise baking times. Each deck offers 100 customizable programs, enabling chefs to tailor settings for various recipes. The oven is equipped with two stainless steel bottom-hinged double doors for easy access and halogen lighting to illuminate the cooking area. Constructed with a durable stainless steel external structure, this oven is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It comes with a standard open frame base with casters for easy mobility.
