Description
The AMPTO S125E2 is a high-performance electric deck-type pizza oven designed for professional kitchens. Featuring spacious decks measuring 48-3/4" x 49-1/5" x 6-1/4"H, this oven can accommodate up to ten 14" pizzas, six 18" pizzas, or six 26" x 18" trays per deck. The refractory brick baking surface ensures optimal heat retention and even cooking for perfectly baked pizzas. With a maximum operating temperature of 842°F, the AMPTO S125E2 allows for rapid cooking times, making it ideal for busy environments. It offers 100 customizable programs per deck, enabling precise control over cooking times and temperatures to suit various recipes. The oven is equipped with a timer for added convenience. The design includes two stainless steel bottom-hinged double doors for easy access, along with halogen lighting to illuminate the cooking area. Its durable stainless steel external structure ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The standard open frame base with casters provides mobility and stability. Operating at 208V/60Hz/3Ph with a power output of 12kW per deck, the AMPTO S125E2 meets CE and ETL standards, including ETL-Sanitation certification, ensuring safety and reliability.
