The AMPTO S50E1 is a high-performance electric pizza bake oven designed for professional kitchens. This deck-type oven features two spacious decks measuring 18-3/4"W x 29"D x 6-1/4"H, accommodating up to two 14" pizzas or one 18" pizza, or a 26"x18" tray per deck. The refractory brick baking surface ensures even heat distribution for perfectly baked pizzas every time. With a maximum operating temperature of 842°F, the AMPTO S50E1 allows for rapid cooking, while the timer function helps manage baking times efficiently. Each deck offers 100 customizable programs, providing flexibility for various recipes and cooking styles. The oven is equipped with two stainless steel bottom-hinged double doors for easy access and halogen lighting to illuminate the cooking area. Its durable stainless steel external structure ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The standard open frame base with casters allows for convenient mobility within your kitchen.
