The AMPTO S50E2 is a high-performance electric pizza bake oven designed for professional kitchens. This deck-type oven features two spacious decks measuring 18-3/4"W x 29"D x 6-1/4"H, accommodating up to two 14" pizzas, one 18" pizza, or one 26"x18" tray per deck. The refractory brick baking surface ensures optimal heat retention and even cooking for perfectly baked pizzas. With a maximum operating temperature of 842°F, the AMPTO S50E2 allows for quick and efficient baking. It offers 100 customizable programs per deck, enabling precise control over cooking times and temperatures to suit various recipes. The oven is equipped with a timer for added convenience. The design includes two stainless steel bottom-hinged double doors for easy access, along with halogen lighting to illuminate the cooking area. Its durable stainless steel external structure ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The standard open frame base with casters provides mobility, making it easy to position in any kitchen layout. With a power output of 5.1kW per deck, this oven is both powerful and efficient.
