The AMPTO UL-PF15E is a versatile pasta machine that combines an extruder and mixer, perfect for countertop use. It delivers impressive output, producing between 5 to 11 lbs. of fresh pasta per hour, depending on the shape and recipe. Crafted with a durable stainless steel hopper, auger, and mixing arm, all components are removable for easy cleaning. The machine features a stainless steel slotted lid and a safety microswitch on both the lid and hopper for added security during operation. Powered by a robust 1/3 HP motor, it operates on a 120v/60/1-ph electrical system and is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
