The AMPTO UL-PF25E is a versatile pasta machine that combines an extruder and mixer in one compact countertop unit. Capable of producing up to 17.5 lbs of fresh pasta per hour, output may vary based on the shape and recipe used. Constructed with a durable stainless steel hopper, auger, and mixing arm, all components are removable for easy cleaning. The stainless steel slotted lid features a safety microswitch for added protection during operation. Powered by a robust 1/2 HP motor, this machine operates on 120v/60/1-ph and is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
