Measuring 39-1/2 inches wide, it includes six 1/6 stainless steel pans with covers, adapter bars, and supports for versatile storage options. The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, ensuring optimal food safety and freshness. Equipped with an electronic thermostat featuring an external digital LED display, the ACP40 allows for precise temperature control. The manual defrost function simplifies maintenance, while the backlit on/off switch enhances usability. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the refrigerated area cover adds to its longevity and ease of cleaning. The unit operates on R600a Hydrocarbon refrigerant, providing efficient cooling with a heat rejection of 382 BTU/h. With a powerful 1/4 HP compressor and a low energy consumption of 1.4 amps, it is both effective and economical. The Arctic Air ACP40 is designed with plastic feet for stability and is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
