Measuring 47-1/4 inches wide, it includes eight 1/6 stainless steel pans with covers, adapter bars, and supports for optimal organization and accessibility. The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, ensuring food safety and freshness. Equipped with an electronic thermostat featuring an external digital LED display, the ACP48 allows for precise temperature control. The unit also includes a manual defrost function and a backlit on/off switch for user convenience. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it offers a robust refrigerated area cover and plastic feet for stability. Utilizing R600a Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the ACP48 operates efficiently with a heat rejection of 382 BTU/h and a powerful 1/4 HP compressor drawing 1.4 amps. It comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
