Description
The Arctic Air AMT28R is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a compact 29" width and offers a generous 6.5 cu. ft. capacity. It utilizes self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling, with an electronic thermostat and a digital LED temperature display that maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. Equipped with a 9"D cutting board, the AMT28R includes twelve 1/6 clear Lexan pans for easy ingredient access. The unit features a vaulted solid hinged self-closing door with a 90° stay-open capability for convenience during busy service times. Inside, a wire shelf provides additional storage options. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, the unit also has a white ABS interior liner and a stainless steel floor for durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 3" casters, two of which are locking for stability. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a cooling capacity of 754 BTU/h with a 1/3 HP compressor drawing 3.0 amps. It comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
