Description
The Arctic Air AMT60R is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit measures 61-1/4" wide and offers a generous 15.5 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It features self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration with an electronic thermostat and a digital LED temperature display, ensuring precise temperature control within a range of 33°F to 41°F. The unit includes a 9"D cutting board for convenient food prep and comes with 24 clear Lexan pans (1/6 size) for easy ingredient organization. The two vaulted solid hinged doors are self-closing and equipped with a 90° stay-open feature for effortless access. Inside, you'll find two wire shelves for additional storage. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, the AMT60R also features a white ABS interior liner with a stainless steel floor for easy cleaning and durability. It is equipped with four 3" casters, two of which are locking, for mobility and stability. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a cooling capacity of 754 BTU/h with a 1/2 HP compressor drawing 4.3 amps. The product is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
