Description
The Arctic Air APP94R is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. This three-section unit features a spacious 94" width and a generous 31 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for pizza preparation. It utilizes self-contained side-mounted capillary tube refrigeration, ensuring consistent cooling with an adjustable temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, easily monitored via the electronic thermostat with a digital LED display. The stainless steel top is equipped with a raised refrigerated pan rail, accommodating (12) 1/3 size clear lexan pans for easy access to toppings. A durable 17-3/4"D cutting board provides ample space for food preparation. The unit includes (3) vaulted solid hinged self-closing doors with a 90° stay-open feature for effortless access, along with (3) adjustable shelves for organized storage. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, and a white ABS interior with a stainless steel floor, the APP94R is built for durability and easy cleaning. It rolls smoothly on (4) 3" casters, with (2) locking for stability. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, delivering efficient cooling with a heat rejection of 1920 BTU/h. Powered by a 3/4 HP compressor and drawing 5.5 amps, it comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
