Description
The Arctic Air AST60R is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation, measuring 61-1/4"W with a spacious 15.5 cu. ft. capacity. It features self-contained rear-mounted capillary tube refrigeration, ensuring efficient cooling with an electronic thermostat and a digital LED temperature display that maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. The stainless steel top includes an 11-3/8"D cutting board for convenient food prep. Included are (16) 1/6 size clear Lexan pans, providing ample storage for ingredients. The unit is equipped with (3) vaulted solid hinged self-closing doors that have a 90° stay-open feature for easy access. Inside, it offers (2) shelves and a durable white ABS interior with a stainless steel floor for easy cleaning. The stainless steel front and sides enhance durability and aesthetics. Mobility is facilitated by (4) 3" casters, with 2 locking for stability. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, with a heat rejection of 754 BTU/h, powered by a 1/2 HP compressor drawing 4.3 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
