Description
The Arctic Air AST72R is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 71-1/2"W and 18 cu. ft. capacity, it features self-contained rear-mounted capillary tube refrigeration for efficient cooling. The electronic thermostat includes a digital LED temperature display, maintaining a precise temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. The stainless steel top is complemented by an 11-3/8"D cutting board, providing a durable workspace. Included are (18) 1/6 size clear Lexan pans for easy ingredient organization. The unit is equipped with (3) vaulted solid hinged self-closing doors that feature a 90° stay-open capability for convenient access. Inside, you'll find (3) shelves and a white ABS interior with a stainless steel floor, ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance. The unit is built with stainless steel front and sides for durability and longevity. Mobility is enhanced with (4) 3" casters, two of which are locking for stability. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates efficiently with a 754 BTU/h rejected heated air gain and a 1/2 HP compressor drawing 4.3 amps. The unit comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
