The Arctic Air AUC27R is a high-performance refrigerated worktop counter designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. With a compact 28"W size and a generous 5.4 cu. ft. capacity, it provides ample storage for ingredients and supplies. The electronic thermostat features a digital LED display, allowing for precise temperature control within a range of +33°F to +41°F. This unit includes one solid right-hinged self-closing door with a remain-open feature for easy access, complemented by a removable magnetic door gasket for enhanced energy efficiency. Inside, you'll find one adjustable wire shelf, providing flexibility for organizing your items. The stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the white epoxy-coated steel liner and stainless steel floor offer a hygienic storage environment. Mobility is facilitated by four 3" casters, two of which are locking for stability.
