The Arctic Air AUC48R is a high-performance refrigerated work top counter designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. With a spacious 48-1/4"W and a 10.1 cu. ft. capacity, it features a reliable electronic thermostat with a digital LED display, allowing for precise temperature control within a range of +33°F to +41°F. This unit includes two solid hinged self-closing doors with a remain-open feature for easy access, and removable magnetic gaskets for enhanced sealing and energy efficiency. Inside, you’ll find two adjustable wire shelves that provide flexible storage options. The stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the white epoxy-coated steel liner and stainless steel floor offer additional resilience. Mobility is made easy with four 3" casters, two of which are locking for stability. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R600a Hydrocarbon refrigerant, delivering efficient cooling with a heat rejection of 280 BTU/h.
