The Atosa AEC-0711 E is an advanced electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in commercial kitchens. It features a boiler-free design with a capacity to accommodate (7) 18" x 13" half sheet pans or (7) 12" x 20" steam table pans, making it ideal for various cooking needs. The oven comes equipped with (7) stainless steel racks for optimal space utilization. The 10” smart screen interface simplifies operation, while the Combi Smart cooking system offers cabinet monitoring and multi-stage programming for precise cooking control. With three cooking methods—steam, convection, and combination—this oven ensures maximum steam saturation and humidity control for perfect results. The Atosa AEC-0711 E includes (4) manual cooking modes and a temperature range from 86°F to 500°F, catering to a wide array of culinary techniques. It also features (6) automated wash modes with twin chemical fill tanks for easy maintenance, along with an 8 fan speed balance reverse for even cooking. Additional features include a removable core temperature probe for accurate cooking, a high-pressure coil wash hose for thorough cleaning, USB storage for easy data management, and WiFi capability for remote monitoring.
