Description
The Atosa AEC-1021 E is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in commercial kitchens. It features a boiler-free design with a capacity to accommodate (10) 18" x 26" full sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" steam table pans, making it ideal for large-scale cooking. Included are (10) stainless steel oven racks for optimal organization. Equipped with a 10” smart screen, the Combi Smart cooking system allows for cabinet monitoring and multi-stage programming, offering three cooking methods: steam, convection, and combination. This ensures maximum steam saturation and precise humidity control for perfect cooking results. The oven also includes four manual cooking modes and a temperature range from 86°F to 500°F, providing flexibility for various culinary techniques. For ease of maintenance, the Atosa AEC-1021 E features six automated wash modes with twin chemical fill tanks and a high-pressure coil wash hose. The eight fan speed balance reverse ensures even cooking, while the removable core temperature probe allows for accurate monitoring of food temperatures. Connectivity options include USB storage and WiFi capability, enhancing usability and integration into modern kitchen environments. Operating at 208-240v/60/3-ph with an 80 amp draw, this oven meets ETL, UL, CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® standards, making it a reliable and energy-efficient choice for any professional kitchen.
