Description
The Atosa ATHC-18ES is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food warming and holding. With a compact 25"W size, it accommodates up to 18 standard 18 x 26 pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The cabinet features a single tempered glass door that is field reversible for flexible placement. Its heating mode offers a temperature range of 85°F to 207°F, easily adjustable via dial controls with an LED display for clear visibility. Constructed with durable stainless steel both inside and out, this cabinet ensures longevity and easy cleaning. It is equipped with two swivel casters and two locking casters for easy mobility and stability. Operating at 1.9kW on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, it meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
