Description
The Atosa ATHC-9ES is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food warming and holding. With a compact 25"W size, it accommodates up to nine 18 x 26-inch pans, making it ideal for various food service environments. The cabinet features a single tempered glass door that is field reversible for flexible placement. Temperature control is precise with a range of 84°F to 207°F, easily adjustable via dial controls and monitored through an LED display. Constructed with durable stainless steel both inside and out, this cabinet ensures longevity and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with two swivel casters and two locking casters, allowing for secure positioning and easy transport. Operating at 1.9kW and 120v/60/1-ph, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-20P plug. The Atosa ATHC-9ES is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, and it meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency, making it a reliable choice for maintaining food quality and safety.
