Description
The Atosa ATWC-12 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficient warming and holding of food. With dimensions of 21-1/2"W x 31-3/4"D x 42-3/4"H, it accommodates up to 12 standard 18 x 26 pans. The cabinet features a transparent polycarbonate door with a remain-open option for easy access. Its heating mode offers a temperature range of 85°F to 207°F, controlled via user-friendly dial controls and an LED display. The integrated slides and removable control drawer enhance functionality, while the field-reversible door provides versatility in placement. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the cabinet is equipped with two swivel casters and two locking casters for mobility and stability. Operating at 13.2A and 1.58kW on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, it meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
