Description
The Atosa EBF-03 is a high-performance countertop blast chiller/freezer designed for efficient cooling and freezing of food. With dimensions of 29-3/4"W x 32-3/4"D x 22-7/8"H, it features a capacity for three 1/1 GN pans. This unit can cool food from 200°F to 37°F in just 90 minutes for up to 22 lbs and freeze it from 200°F to 0°F in 240 minutes for up to 11 lbs. The self-closing door ensures energy efficiency and convenience, while the internal food temperature probe allows for precise monitoring. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the Atosa EBF-03 operates at 623 watts and requires a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with a 6.5 amp draw. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
