Description
The Axis AX-VB5 Vertical Broiler is designed for high-performance cooking with natural gas. It features five individually controlled infrared burners, allowing for precise temperature management. The 43-inch spit accommodates large cuts of meat, while adjustable heat deflectors on both sides ensure even cooking. A removable drip tray simplifies cleanup, and dual rails provide stability for your food. The enclosed motor enhances durability and safety. Constructed from stainless steel, this broiler is built to last. It includes a 24" x 31" octagonal drip pan and delivers an impressive 59,712 BTU output. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by NSF and cETlus, it also includes an LP conversion kit for added versatility.
