Description
The BakeMAX BACG24-2 is a heavy-duty gas griddle designed for countertop use, measuring 24-1/4"W x 31-1/2"D x 17-3/8"H. It features two manual-controlled burners that deliver a powerful 60,000 BTU output, ensuring efficient cooking performance. The 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate provides excellent heat retention and even cooking across the surface. Equipped with manual independent controls, this griddle allows for precise temperature adjustments for different cooking needs. The stainless steel grease trough facilitates easy cleanup, while the adjustable stainless steel legs ensure stability on various surfaces.
