Description
The BakeMAX BACG36-3 is a heavy-duty gas griddle designed for countertop use, measuring 36-1/4"W x 31-1/2"D x 17-3/8"H. It features three manual-controlled burners that deliver a powerful 90,000 BTU output, ensuring efficient cooking for a variety of dishes. The 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate provides excellent heat retention and even cooking, while the manual independent controls allow for precise temperature adjustments. A stainless steel grease trough facilitates easy cleanup, and adjustable stainless steel legs ensure stability on any surface.
