Description

The BakeMAX BMBPD152 is a high-performance deck-type gas oven designed specifically for pizza baking. It operates on natural or LP gas and features an overall dimension of 78.3"W x 48"D x 62"H, with an interior space measuring 60" x 36". The oven can reach temperatures of up to 752°F, allowing for optimal cooking conditions. Its 8" deck height accommodates a variety of pizza sizes, holding up to 15 (12") pizzas at once. The oven includes independently controlled upper and lower heat for precise cooking, ensuring perfectly baked pizzas every time. Built with a heavy-duty angle iron frame and a stainless steel exterior, it is fully insulated for energy efficiency. The BakeMAX BMBPD152 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
