Description

The BakeMAX BMDN1522R4 Vertical Broiler is designed for efficient cooking of shawarma and gyro. With dimensions of 20"W x 25"D x 46"H, this gas-powered broiler operates on either natural gas or LP gas, providing versatility for various kitchen setups. It features four independently controlled burners, delivering a powerful heating capacity of 46,405 BTU (natural gas) or 51,180 BTU (LP gas). The broiler can accommodate up to 180 lbs of meat, making it ideal for high-demand environments. A rocker switch allows for easy direction changes of the spit, while the sliding bottom housing of the spear ensures convenient access for loading and unloading. This unit operates at 115v/60 and is cULus and cUL Classified for safety and performance.
