The BakeMAX BMSM320 Spiral Dough Mixer is designed for high-capacity dough preparation, accommodating up to 705 lb (320 kg) of dough. This floor model features a robust 16 hp arm motor and a 3 hp bowl motor, ensuring efficient mixing performance. With two speed settings and a reversible fixed bowl, it offers versatility for various dough types. The stainless steel spiral agitator, guide bar, and bowl enhance durability and ease of cleaning. A safety guard and stainless steel grid guard provide added protection during operation. The built-in timer allows for precise mixing control, while the manual mode bypass offers flexibility. Available in both fixed and removable bowl configurations, the mixer is finished with a painted enamel for a professional look.
