It accommodates one single oven rack and features a programmable digital control system that allows for 4-stage baking and the storage of up to 100 customizable recipes. The oven includes an auto rack lift with soft start rotation for gentle handling of baked goods. Equipped with a self-contained steam system, the CS500E1 ensures optimal moisture control for perfect baking results. The dual pane glass door provides visibility while maintaining energy efficiency. The bake chamber door is field reversible for flexible installation options. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this oven is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. The integrated hood with plenum and single point vent connection is designed specifically for Type II installations, while the flush floor design facilitates easy cleaning. The Baxter CS500E1 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
