The Baxter CS500E2 is an electric roll-in rotating rack oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. It accommodates two single or one double oven racks, making it ideal for high-volume baking. The programmable digital control features a 4-stage bake option and allows for up to 100 customizable recipes, enhancing your baking precision. This oven includes an auto rack lift with soft start rotation, ensuring gentle handling of baked goods. The self-contained steam system provides optimal moisture control for perfect baking results. The dual-pane glass door offers visibility while maintaining energy efficiency, and the bake chamber door is field reversible for flexible installation. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the CS500E2 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features an integrated hood with a plenum and a single point vent connection, specifically designed for Type II installations. The flush floor design facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance. The oven is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
