Description
The Baxter OV500E2 is an electric roll-in rotating rack oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. It features a curved front and accommodates either two single oven racks or one double oven rack, making it ideal for high-volume baking. The oven is equipped with an auto rack lift for seamless operation and digital controls that offer a 4-stage bake process along with 99 programmable menus for precise cooking. In addition to manual backup controls, it includes a self-contained steam system to enhance baking results. The three-pane field reversible glass door provides visibility while maintaining energy efficiency. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the oven features a fully fire-sealed hood and a flush floor design for easy cleaning. It also includes a single vent and meets cULus and UL EPH classification standards, ensuring safety and reliability in your kitchen.
