The Berkel X13-PLUS is a premium electric food slicer designed for precision and efficiency in any kitchen. Featuring a robust 13" diameter stainless steel knife, it allows for manual operation with a 45° gravity feed for effortless slicing. The adjustable slice thickness ranges from paper-thin to 1-5/16", catering to various culinary needs. Ergonomic controls and an intuitively placed index knob enhance user comfort and accessibility. The removable sharpener ensures the knife maintains its edge, while the permanent knife ring guard provides added safety during operation.
