Description
The Berkel X13A-PLUS is a premium electric food slicer designed for both manual and automatic operation. It features a robust 13" diameter stainless steel knife that ensures precision slicing with an adjustable thickness of up to 1-5/16". The 45° gravity feed design enhances efficiency, while ergonomic controls and an index knob location provide ease of use. This model includes a removable sharpener for maintaining blade sharpness and a permanent knife ring guard for safety. The sealed pushbutton controls and anodized aluminum gauge plate and knife cover contribute to its durability and hygiene. The one-piece polymer base and product table are NSF approved, minimizing seams for effortless cleaning. With a kickstand for stability, the slicer accommodates products up to 8½" round, 7½" square, or 10½" x 6¾" rectangular. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor, it operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a current of 7.0 amps, and comes with a 6' power cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
