The Beverage Air BDC-HC-12 Dipping Ice Cream Display Case is designed for optimal ice cream storage and presentation. Operating at temperatures between -10°F and 0°F, it offers a spacious 20.9 cu. ft. capacity, accommodating up to 12 flavors. The unit features sliding glass lids with a lock and key for secure access. It includes six heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire racks, each capable of holding twelve 3-gallon ice cream containers, while the lower level provides additional storage for ten more containers. Equipped with a Lexan sneeze guard for hygiene, this display case boasts a maintenance-free condenser and full electronic control with an adjustable thermostat for precise temperature management. A convenient drain plug simplifies cleaning, and the durable galvanized metal exterior with a white powder-coated finish ensures longevity. The pre-painted steel interior enhances aesthetics and functionality.
