Description
The Beverage Air BDC-HC-8 Dipping Ice Cream Display Case is designed for optimal ice cream storage and presentation. Operating at temperatures between -10°F and 0°F, it offers a spacious 15.2 cu. ft. capacity, accommodating up to eight flavors. The cabinet features sliding glass lids with a lock and key for secure access. Included are four heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire racks, each capable of holding eight 3-gallon ice cream containers, along with additional storage for six more containers below. A Lexan sneeze guard ensures hygiene while showcasing your products. The maintenance-free condenser and adjustable thermostat provide reliable performance, while the drain plug simplifies cleaning. Constructed with a galvanized metal exterior and a white powder-coated finish, the pre-painted steel interior ensures durability. The unit is equipped with 2" casters for easy mobility and uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this display case combines functionality with compliance for a professional ice cream service.
