Description
The Beverage Air HTPS2HC-1S Thawing Cabinet is a two-section reach-in refrigerator designed for efficient thawing and storage. With a spacious 22.49 cubic ft. capacity, it features two self-closing, field-reversible doors that open to a 120º stay-open position for easy access. The cabinet maintains optimal product temperatures between 36-39°F, ensuring food safety and quality. Equipped with full electronic controls, this unit offers precise temperature management. The self-contained top-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant for environmentally friendly operation. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and sides, along with a stainless steel interior, it is built to withstand the demands of a commercial kitchen. Mobility is enhanced with four heavy-duty 6” casters, two of which are braked for stability. The unit operates on two 1/4 hp compressors, drawing 13.9 amps at 115v/60/1-ph, and is compliant with cULus and UL standards, ensuring reliability and safety in your food service environment.
