The interior is constructed from durable aluminum, while the exterior boasts stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a galvanized top and bottom for added strength. This warming cabinet includes three silver freeze shelves, allowing for optimal organization of your items. An exterior digital thermometer provides accurate temperature readings, ensuring your food is kept at the ideal warmth. The top-mounted heating system delivers consistent heat distribution, making it perfect for busy kitchens.
