The Beverage Air SPE36HC-S is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a 36"W design with a spacious 10.01 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It includes two solid hinged doors for easy access and a durable stainless steel top that accommodates 1/3 size pans (4" deep included, with the option for 6" deep pans). The lift-off lid provides convenient access to ingredients, while four epoxy-coated wire shelves (two per door) ensure organized storage. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, doors, and grille, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built for durability. The aluminum interior enhances cleanliness and maintenance. Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor, the SPE36HC-S ensures efficient cooling. It rolls smoothly on 6" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
