The Beverage Air SPE48HC-08 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 48 inches and a capacity of 13.01 cu. ft., it features two doors for easy access. The stainless steel top includes openings for eight 1/6 size pans, accommodating 4" deep pans while also supporting 6" deep pans. A 10" cutting board provides ample workspace, complemented by four adjustable shelves for organized storage. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor.
