The Beverage Air SPE48HC-08C is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 48 inches and a capacity of 13.01 cu. ft., it features two durable doors for easy access. The stainless steel top includes openings for eight 1/6 size pans, accommodating 4" deep pans while also supporting 6" deep pans. A 17" cutting board provides ample workspace, complemented by four adjustable shelves for versatile storage. The unit boasts a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior for durability and easy cleaning. Its rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor.
