The Beverage Air SPE48HC-12 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 48 inches and a capacity of 13.01 cubic feet, it features two doors for easy access. The stainless steel top includes an opening for up to 12 standard 1/6 size pans, accommodating both 4" and 6" deep pans. A 10-inch cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The unit includes four adjustable shelves for versatile storage options. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, it ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor.
