It includes two durable doors for easy access and a stainless steel top that accommodates up to ten 1/6 size pans, with a 17" cutting board and additional counter space for efficient food preparation. This unit is equipped with four adjustable shelves for optimal organization and storage. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel for durability, while the galvanized steel bottom and back ensure longevity. The interior is made of aluminum, providing easy cleaning and maintenance. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor, ensuring efficient cooling performance.
