It includes two durable doors for easy access and a stainless steel top that accommodates up to twelve 1/6 size pans, allowing for efficient ingredient organization. A 10" cutting board provides ample workspace, while four adjustable shelves enhance storage flexibility. The unit boasts a stainless steel exterior for durability and easy cleaning, complemented by a galvanized steel bottom and back for added strength. The aluminum interior ensures optimal temperature retention. Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor, this unit is both efficient and environmentally friendly.
