The Beverage Air SPE60HC-16C is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation, featuring a spacious 60"W design with a 16.02 cu. ft. capacity. It includes two doors for easy access and a stainless steel top that accommodates up to 16 1/6 size pans, with a 17" cutting board for efficient food prep. The unit is equipped with four adjustable shelves for optimal organization. Its durable construction includes a stainless steel exterior for the top, front, sides, and doors, complemented by a galvanized steel exterior bottom and back, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.
