Description
The Beverage Air SPE60HC-S is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 60"W design with a generous 16.02 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It includes two solid hinged doors for easy access and a durable stainless steel top that accommodates both 4" and 6" deep pans, with 1/3 size pans provided. The lift-off lid allows for quick access to ingredients, while four epoxy-coated wire shelves offer versatile storage options. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, doors, and grille, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit ensures durability and easy cleaning. The aluminum interior enhances temperature retention and hygiene. Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, the SPE60HC-S maintains optimal cooling performance. It rolls smoothly on 6" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Proudly made in the USA, it combines functionality and quality for your food service needs.
