With a spacious 72"W and a 20.02 cu. ft. capacity, it features three doors for easy access. The stainless steel top includes an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 10" cutting board and additional counter space for food prep. This unit is equipped with six shelves for optimal organization and storage. The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel on the top, front, sides, and doors, while the bottom and back are made of galvanized steel. The interior is aluminum, ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor, providing reliable cooling performance. The unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
