The Beverage Air SPE72HC-30M-STL is a high-capacity Mega Top Refrigerated Counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. With a spacious 72"W and a 20.02 cu. ft. capacity, this three-section unit features a see-thru lid for easy visibility of contents. It includes three doors for quick access and a stainless steel top that accommodates up to 30 (1/6 size) pans, with the option to use 6" deep pans. The unit is equipped with a 10" cutting board for added workspace and six shelves for organized storage. Its durable construction includes a stainless steel exterior for the top, front, sides, and doors, while the bottom and back are made of galvanized steel. The aluminum interior ensures easy cleaning and maintenance. Powered by a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, this unit is both efficient and environmentally friendly. It meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
