Description
The Beverage Air SPED32HC-08-2 is a one-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 32 inches and a capacity of 8.01 cubic feet, it features two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6-inch deep pans, providing ample storage for ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for eight 1/6 size pans, with four-inch deep pans included, while the design allows for the use of six-inch deep pans as well. A 10-inch polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It is equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor.
