The Beverage Air SPED48HC-12M-2 is a high-performance Mega Top Refrigerated Counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 48"W design with a total capacity of 13.01 cu. ft. It includes two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with one door and two shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, with 4" deep pans provided; the top can also accommodate 6" deep pans for added flexibility. A 10" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep capabilities. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor, providing efficient cooling. The unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
